YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an inspection of the above premises disclosed that the Code(s) / Ordinance(s) of Hillsborough County, Florida
that are itemized and attached to this letter are being violated at the premises listed above. These violations are hereby ordered to be corrected within (
5 ) days of receipt of this notice. If you have any questions regarding this matter, we recommend you contact our office as soon as possible to avoid
punitive action.
Failure to comply with the requirements specified will result in this case being prepared for submission to the Hillsborough County Code Enforcement
Board. Any person found guilty by the Code Enforcement Board of violating the cited code(s) / Ordinance(s) may be assessed a fine of up to $1,000.00
per day for each new violation, and up to $5,000 per day for repeat violations, for each day the violation exists.
ATTENTION: It is your responsibility to notify the Inspectional Services Division when the violation(s) have been corrected.

PERMITS MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR THE ALTERATIONS OF LAND OR THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN TREE SPECIES, THESE PERMITS CAN
BE OBTAINED FROM THE NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
