ABSTRAK
ABSTRACT
Background: Nurses are the backbone of health care in hospitals, this is because
this profession is directly related to patients for 24 hours. Nurses who feel
satisfied in their work will provide better and quality services to patients so that
patient and family satisfaction is also fulfilled. One of the factors that can
determine job satisfaction is work culture. Objective: This study was to determine
the relationship between work culture and job satisfaction of nurse nurses in the
inpatient ward of Bhayangkara Setukpa Hospital, Sukabumi City. Method: This
type of research is correlational research. The population in this study were all 50
nurses in the inpatient ward of Bhayangkara Setukpa Hospital, Sukabumi City.
The sampling technique uses total sampling, with a sample size of 50 people
based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Hypothesis analysis using the Spearman
rank test. Results: It was shown that the majority of nurses in the Inpatient Room
of Bhayangkara Setukpa Hospital in Sukabumi City had a fairly good work
culture of 26 people (52%) and a small number had a good work culture of 11
people (22.0%). Whereas regarding job satisfaction, it shows that most nurses in
the Inpatient Room of Bhayangkara Setukpa Hospital in Sukabumi City have
quite satisfied job satisfaction as many as 28 people (56.0%) and a small
proportion of nurses have satisfied job satisfaction as many as 7 people (14.0%) .
The results of the Spearman rank test obtained p-value 0,000 which is <0.05.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between work culture and job satisfaction of
nurse nurses in the inpatient ward of Bahyangkara Setukpa Hospital, Sukabumi
City.
