SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN BY ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, SPS. REYNA AND HARI ABAD, of legal age, Filipino Citizens, and residents of
188 Malate Manila, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby DESIGNATE,
APPOINT, AND CONSTITUTE MMM LAW OFFICES through any of its lawyers, staff, or
liaison officers to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to do and perform the following acts:

1. To act as our legal representative with authority to inquire with any person/s,
government entities and/or banking institution, for and in my behalf, relative to
my sold property identified as Transfer Certificate Title No. 124578 located in
Barangay Jetti, Makati City, registered under my name.

2. To represent us at Municipal and Provincial Assessor; Provincial Treasury;

Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); and Registry of Deeds of Tarlac, and all other
government offices regarding the inquiry of tracing back the history of our land
title;

3. To submit and secure document/s with the aforementioned offices relative to the
inquiry of the said property and follow-up of the status of the same;

4. To request and receive from said government offices any documents, clearances,
and certifications pertaining to the inquiry;

5. To make, sign, execute all the necessary documents in connection with the
foregoing authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact as they

are hereby given and granted full power and authority to do and perform any and all
other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if present;

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING, that all said my attorney-in-

fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done on our behalf by virtue of this special power
of attorney, as they are hereby ratified and confirmed.
