Topic : Many people argures that to improve educational quality, high school student
are encourage to make comment or even criticism on their teacher other. Other think it
will lead to lost of respect and discipline in the classroom

There has been heated controversy whether learner should be free to evaluate or
criticism educators in the classroom with the aim of enhancing educational quality .
While a number of people reviewed that it is disrespect and indiscipline if applying this
method. Iam of the opinion that giving a feedback will bring positive results

On the one hand, iam in favor of the idea that judging teacher in the class will bring more
advantages than disadvantages. Firstly, it is undeniable that giving students total freedom
toward educator can ameliorate the quality of lesson . Student have a chance to show their
opinion about the problem that they think it would be wrong. Moreover , through ideas of
student, teachers also have opportunity to understand clearly about thinking of their learner.
Thus , it also provide for educators a chance in order to discover the strength as well as
weakness in method teaching of themselves. Secondly, giving a feedback also perform the
atmostphere of the class become more exalted ( sôi nổi) and democracy. The right of human
would be reflected clearly and the relationship between teacher and student will be closely.

On the other hand, it is believe that giving a feedback to lecturer may undermine respect and
discipline in the classroom. It is indisputable that the evaluation of learner is not accuracy
in some cases , because they are not mature, impulsive and their thinking is quite limited.
Moreover, almost their feedback often against the opinion of teacher that might be affect on
the relationship between two sides. Besides, a variety ideas of learners is shown that it is
difficult for educators who can not find the right method to meet the requirement of all
students, hence, leads to messy in the class.

In conclusion, even there are some drawback of this picture, the benefit of this method are
much more than cons. I definitely that giving a feedback to educators will help develop the
education systems.
