    Vinamilk – E-business

    I. Type of e- ecommerce:
    1. B2C (Business to customer) – Company posts the range of products to website, allocate
    them into the group in term of each characteristics in the website to increase the visual
    as well as the easily assess and finding for customers to buy products.
    When the costumers assess the website, each click of them in the screen is recorded
    and the ordered in transferred immediately to the IT staff. Company also uses the B2M
    (Business to machine) to link the order to the warehouse. The staffs know exactly how
    much inventory is in each machine and their accounting system produces a restocking
    report advising the delivery driver accordingly. In this manner, companies can monitor
    their machines remotely to determine if they need repairing or restocking. This
    information is then used to schedule efficient delivery before the inventory runs out.
