Protocols to be followed by Field Engineer (FE)/Technician (Tech) to

Execute Activity on Site

FE/Tech must be fully committed to these protocols and abide by them at all times to maintain
standards of the company.

a) FE/Tech must never engage in any conduct in violation of any laws or regulations, or
participate in any unscrupulous or unethical dealings. Payments or funds may never be
used or diverted directly or indirectly for bribery, payoffs, kickbacks, personal gain or for
any other illegal or improper purpose.

b) FE/Tech must avoid activities that could be detrimental to Company’s reputation or

business interests.

c) FE/Tech shall be responsible for keeping all industry standard tools and test equipment
necessary to perform the Services. Required tools and test equipment shall include:

 Laptop with console cable for the tasks break-fix and installs.

 Normal hand tools used to service products.

 Loopback connectors when testing circuits / networks.

 Must also have appropriate permanent labeling materials.

 A device that is capable of taking digital photos. This device must be able to
transmit photos to company’s platform.

 Ladder as needed.

d) Signative Global Standard Service Level requirements;

 Notify Signative Global Operations Center (SGOC) just before leaving for the
activity.

 Arrive on-site 15 minutes before scheduled time to avoid being late.

 Notify SGOC upon arrival on the site then reach out Site Manager/ (Point of
Contact) PoC for site access and discuss SOW.

 Keep updating SGOC on regular intervals about the activity under process and
keep sharing pictures/ videos whenever required.

 Ask SGOC before leaving site and fill site visit forms if required.
General Guidelines

e) FE/Tech must wear an appropriate dress and ensure a proper grooming and hygiene. All
clothing should be in good condition, i.e. not torn, ripped, or soiled. Inappropriate dress
includes, but is not limited to, attire that would normally be considered “leisure”, “work-
out”, or “recreational” in nature.

f) FE/ Tech should not take pictures on the site until and unless instructed by Signative
Global Team.

g) FE/ Tech are not supposed to do anything out of Scope of Work (SOW).
