F. PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS

TRANSFORMER OILS: this material is very important in the performance of the transformer particularly,
we are procuring the oil confirming to latest IS 335 from reputed firms.each and every bit of oil tankers
received a tower works will be subjected to sample testing. V will conduct BDV resistivity and 10 delta
test etc. Before the same is accepted. The transformer oil will be once again subjected to filtration before
filling up into the the Transformers into heart condition. This ensures that any moisture are the
impurities in the transformer is removed before filling into the Transformers.

Insulating materials like, insulating papers, press boards, procline insulators, paper tubes etc. These are
metals are important items in the manufacture of Transformers. any defects will result in early failure of

will carry out required instructions and test on these items before they are used.
