•Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Directions:
1. Freeze can of coconut milk for 1
hour
2. Crush up Mint RX Bar
3. Place coconut milk and RX bar in
blender. If its too hard to blend add
3 TBSP of Almond Milk
4. Do not put too much almond milk,
the consistency of the coconut milk
will change. Less Almond Milk will
have that thick consistency.

Ingredients:
•2 Bananas, Frozen, Sliced
•1 Cup Greek Yogurt
PEANUT BUTTER
• 1 Cup Peanut Butter
•1/2 Cup Mini Dark Choco Chips CHOCOLATE CHIP
ICE CREAM
Directions:
1. Place sliced Bananas, greek
yogurt and peanut butter into
blender. Blend Well.
2. Pour into Pan and mix the dark
choco chips into an even layer
3. Freeze for 2 hours

• 1 CupDark
Chocolate Chips Directions:
•1 Banana 1. Melt chocolate chips - microwave
for 30 seconds, Repeat 3 times
2. Cut Banana into Slices
Directions:
1. Mix egg whites and coconut
butter together.
2. Place in frying ban and cook for
about 5 minutes
3. Top it with cinnamon
