Sub: Salary Revision

Dear Anand K,

In recognition of your abilities and contributions towards Superseva Global Services Pvt. Ltd.,
we are pleased to inform you that your salary has been revised to Annual CTC Rs. 1,77,068/-
(Rupees One Lakh Seventy Seven Thousand and Sixty Eight Only). The breakup of which
is shown in the Annexure - I.
Salary offered to you is confidential and salary discussion or disclose to any other employee or
unauthorized person by you is strictly prohibited.

You are not supposed to join any of Superseva Global clients or its competitors after
your separation from Superseva Global at least for the span of Six Months from the
date of relieving from Superseva Global Services. If this clause is violated, your final settlement
will not be done and company is liable to initiate any legal actions on you.
Applicability of Notice period: The notice period to be given by either you or the company will
be One Month. In case job termination is due to any reason (e.g. lack of performance,
Attitude, misdemeanors, Sexual Harassment, Criminal Activity etc.) other than
organization restructuring, the company have no obligations to provide any notice period. In
certain cases (e.g. misdemeanors, theft etc.) company reserves the right to seek legal &
prosecution measures.

Payout terms and conditions –

1. Kindly note that you will not have any right to claim retention, variable or incentive pay
from the company, if you resign or abscond or if you are separated from the
company for whatsoever reason.
2. It is further agreed between the company and you that the retention, variable or
incentive payable if any based on your performance and productivity is in lieu of any
other bonus including bonus based on profits payable under any law.
