Getting There

From Manila-Morong (Public transport from Pasay, Cubao & Caloocan terminal). From Metro
Manila, Ride a Victory Liner bus to Olongapo City (terminal). When at Olongapo City Victory
Liner terminal, ride a YELLOW JEEPNEY to SM Olongapo (1.8 kilometers; Fare P8.00), then,
pass over the bridge and Main Gate 1 Security Check Point going towards Harbor Point Mall. In
front of Harbor Point Mall (mini stop), ride a mini bus or jeepney to Morong proper (29
kilometers; Fare P45.00).At Morong town proper, ride a tricycle to Morong Star Beach Resort
and Hotel, or just simply say “Morning Star” (P40 per ride up to 4 persons)

Brief History

Morongstar Hotel and Resort was started in a very humble beginning. It has been just a family
vacation place and later on, became a private resort with cabanas only. The resort was named as
“Morning Star Beach Resort” and Morong Star Beach Resort and Hotel which was dubbed as
"The Sunniest Place in Bataan". Thousands of tourists enjoyed the clean shoreline and the
ambience of the resort and it was expanded it’s capacity to accommodate all guests who wanted
to experience the beauty of the nature near the west Philippine sea. In the last part of 2018, the
resort, acquired its new trademark as “Morongstar Hotel and Resort”, with more elegant, modern
