- DEXAMETHASONE
• Injection: 4 mg/mL in 1‐mL ampoule (as disodium
phosphate salt)
• Oral liquid: 2 mg/5 mL
• Tablet: 4 mg.

• Anxiety

- DIAZEPAM
• Injection: 5 mg/mL.
• Oral liquid: 2 mg/5 mL.
• Rectal solution: 2.5 mg; 5 mg; 10 mg.
• Tablet: 5 mg; 10 mg.

- LORAZEPAM
• Tablet: 1 mg; 2.5 mg
• Parenteral formulation: 2mg/mL in 1-mL ampoule
