FOOD SAFETY POLICY

We at BASANT ICE CREAMS (REGD.) are committed to Manufacture &
Supply Of ICE CREAM PRODUCTS under food-safe working
environment, with continually improving hygienic conditions meeting and
exceeding applicable regulatory and customer specific requirements.

We shall attempt this by

 increasing customer awareness on the issues pertaining to quality
& food safety systems
 training on GMP to ensure regular cleaning of manufacturing area
and equipment,
 Improving pest control activity
 Improving internal & external communication to all concerned; and
 apply onsite controls

Measurable objectives on the above policy are developed separately

and reviewed. This policy shall be reviewed once a year as a minimum.
