PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE!
 Install the machine slightly inclined (Rear side up) to drain out any water remaining inside the cylinder.
 After passing water through the Freezing Cylinder, and before the start of production. Open the pressure
Valve Knobs to half position and loosen the pressure. Valve Flange so as to drain all the water from the
cylinder. Also open the SMS Nut of Mix Inlet pipe (“T” Type) to pump joint, so as to drain the water
from inside of the Mix Inlet pipe (No water should remain inside the cylinder bore before the start of
the machine).
 Use the Half round Dasher Shaft Holder provided, to assemble and to remove the dasher shaft from
the cylinder. This is a must to prevent any scratches being formed the inner wall of the cylinder by the
shaft.
 Do not start the Dasher immediately as soon as the power supply is restored. As good and safe
practices is operation of hot gas least for one minute, before the start of dasher operation.
 Assemble the scrapper blade as instructed in our manual. Please avoid wrong assemblies.

• सिलें डर के अंदर शेष पानी को सनकालने के सलए मशीन को थोडा झुकाव (रीयर िाइड अप) स्थासपत करें ।

• फ्रीस ं ग सिलेंडर के माध्यम िे, और उत्पादन की शु रुआत िे पहले पानी पार करने के बाद। दबाव वाल्व Knobs आधा
स्स्थसत के सलए खोलें और दबाव ढीला। वाल्व सनकला हुआ सकनारा तासक सिलें डर िे िभी पानी सनकालने के सलए। िंयुक्त
पंप करने के सलए समक्स इनलेट पाइप ("टी" टाइप) के एिएमएि नट को भी खोलें , तासक समक्स इनले ट पाइप के अंदर िे
पानी सनकालने के सलए (मशीन की शु रुआत िे पहले कोई पानी सिलेंडर बोर के अंदर नहीं रहना चासहए)।

• सिलें डर िे डाशर शाफ्ट को इकट्ठा करने और सनकालने के सलए प्रदान सकए गए आधा राउं ड डै शर शाफ्ट धारक का
उपयोग करें । सकिी भी खरोंच को शाफ्ट द्वारा सिलेंडर की भीतरी दीवार बनाने के सलए रूरी है ।

• ै िे ही सब ली की आपूसति बहाल हो ाती है , तुरंत तुरंत डाशर शु रू न करें । अच्छी और िुरसित प्रथाओं को कम िे कम
एक समनट के सलए गमि गैि का िंचालन करना होता है , डै शर ऑपरे शन की शु रुआत िे पहले ।

• हमारे मै नुअल में सनदे सशत स्क्रैपर ब्लेड को इकट्ठा करें । गलत अिेंबली िे बचें।
