- Substitute my lattes in the morning for plain black coffee (0) with a little
coconut creamer (25)
- Cut out hot cheetos from my snack and try limiting myself to eating them
at least once a week or every other week because I know they’re not good
for you
- Eat out less, try staying home and making my own meals. Takeout and
fast food is high in calories for small portions. I can get more portion for
the same or less amount of calories if I were to just cook at home

What you learned from this project


I learned a lot about what I’m really putting into my body and more of what I
should/shouldn’t be eating.I like to snack on hot cheetos and drink a lot of lattes
which probably is’t the best. I also learned that if I want to lose weight I can’t just
change my diet, but I also have to start working out to see some results. The
amount of calories you eat shouldn’t really matter just as long as it’s coming from
a nutritional source.
