shall bc liable for legal consequ€nces.

13. Thal breach ofeny terms and conditions as aforcsaid will automaticauy iermimle the
tenancy and ofthe temrination the second party shall give vacate aod peacefirl
possession of the p€mises to th€ first party removing all the movables and fittings
fixed by them. It is also agreed that the se€ond party shall be liable for eny loss
c€us€ try way ofdFmege to the premises due to its neqligenc€.
