Food Analysis

I would say that my daily calorie intake, compared to my target, is normal. Sometimes it's

up by a little or down by a little, but overall close to average. I do believe this is appropriate, as a

little over or a little less, does not do much harm. Double less or double more is very unhealthy,

but I would say my calorie intake isn’t much over or under to my target. I can watch closely to

see I don’t over eat or under eat. My energy level is almost always the same. In class I’m not so

energized, but energized enough to pay attention. In P.E I run close to the same time, and for that

I am energized. I felt full after every meal. I have noticed, that I get more full now and can’t eat

so much, like I used to. My daily intake on Fiber, Fat, Sodium, Sugar, Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin

C, Iron, Calcium are average, like my calories sometimes a little under and sometimes a little

over. On some days I eat less, and the numbers go down. However I feel just as any other day. I

can improve my nutrient intake, by educating myself a little about how many calories, foods I eat

everyday, have and it’s nutritional value, and how I can balance it with a good workout, or diet.

They’re not many obstacles, that prohibited me from eating a balanced meal. Except school,

which has unhealthy food, leading to me only eating fruit. But overall, there are no other

obstacles.
