The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. – PM shift and 1:00 p.m. –
AM shift by the principal, Mrs. Noime T. Mercadal.

Agenda:
1. Updating of SBM and SIP
The SBM and SIP should be updated for the SY 2018-1019. She reminded
the assigned teachers in SIP and for each principle in SBM.

2. Shifting schedule of teachers for school feeding

School feeding should be supervised by the teachers. Everyday, there are
two teachers (one from the primary and from intermediate level) assigned to
assist the parents during feeding.

3. ELLN & Reading Corner concerns

The concerns were based from the memo given.
 4. Authorized collection concerns
The teachers could collect authorized collection such as GSP/BSP
membership fee, SPG, school paper and PTA collection if there is any, but the
principal reiterated that it is NOT mandatory.

5. SLAC session
SLAC should be conducted every 3rd or last Friday of the month and all
teachers are required to attend.

The meeting was adjourned at around 12:00 noon – PM shift and 3:00 p.m.
for the AM shift.
