consideration of the amount of four hundred five thousand and six hundred thirty two
pesos (P 405,632.00) Philippines Currency, and other valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby from William S. Mahiya likewise legal age, married, with residence and postal
address at ______________________________________ herein referred as Vendee hereby
SELLS, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS and by these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND
CONVEYED the following motor vehicle describe as follows:

Model: late 2016 Plate No. NP 9383
Type: Sedan Engine No. 3A92UDN2913

Of which I am the absolute owner.

I hereby warrant that said motor vehicle is still mortgaged with Mitsubishi Auto Financial
Services with remaining balance of four hundred five thousand and six hundred thirty two
pesos (P 405,632.00), with monthly amortization amounting to Twelve Thousand Six hundred
Seventy Six Pesos (P12,676.00), payment due every 20th of the month starting May 2019 up to
December 2021 and that I will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of
whatever kind or nature from third persons. With obligation as follows:
 Yearly renewal of insurance
• Yearly LTO Registration
 TNVS Registration
