II. Course Core Curriculum

Course Description (Slight introduction):


A course on the structure of construction documents and their interrelationships, bidding requirements,
general and particular contract conditions, administrative and procedural requirements for construction,
technical specifications, breakdown structure and BOQ, construction cost estimation processes, and unit rates
determination and pricing.
Description of Delivery Mode:
Lecture: Lecture sessions include instructor notes with pre- or post- readings performed by the students on
their own. One midterm is scheduled approximately at the 7th week, in addition a final exam.

Case study using the Autodesk Autocad / Revit Software
