products that you bought and aren’t happy with.
• Give details of your order.
• Explain about the problem with the products.
• Say what you want the manager to do

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my purchase from your website. I have


purchased a tablet T3 Huawei from your website, my order number is No 2445214721.
My order has arrived this morning, unfortunately there is some issue with my order.

Firstly, the storage I order was 64 Gigabits but you send me a tablet with 16 gigabits.
Secondly, the colour that I was order was white but my order is black. Finally, the tablet
comes with android 7.1 but in the website, it comes with android 9.0.

I am going to go the shop on next Monday, so I do not have enough time. I think this
matter deserve your urgent attention. I would like you to solve this problem as soon as
possible.
