IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
TCS Eligibility Criteria:
Year of Passing
Batch of 2018
Qualication
Full-Time Students from B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA in the below Specialisations.
Eligible Streams from MCA with B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BA (with Math/Statistics background) M.Sc in Information
MCA & M.Sc Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering
Academic Criteria
A candidate should have a minimum aggregate of 60% throughout in Class X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), UG & PG (if
applicable).
The highest qualication and the prior qualications should have been secured within the stipulated course duration as
prescribed by the Board/ University. Only Full time courses will be considered (Part Time/Correspondence courses will
not be considered).
All academic courses (prior to the highest qualication) should have been completed in the stipulated course duration
as prescribed by the Board/ University. Students with backlogs are not allowed to appear for the Off Campus.Overall
gap in academics should not exceed 2 years
Age criteria
Candidates should be between 18 & 28 years of age as on 1st January 2019.
Other Important Points to Note:
1) It is mandatory to carry the below mentioned documents with you on the day of the test:
Ÿ Two color print copies of your Hall Ticket.
Ÿ Your photo identity proof in original for verication (PAN Card / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID / Aadhar
Card).
Ÿ In case you do not have any of the mentioned Photo ID proofs, it is mandatory to carry Photo Identity proof
issued and attested by a Gazetted Ofcer on ofcial letter head.
You will not be permitted to appear for the test if you fail to carry the TCS Hall Ticket and any of the above
mentioned documents.
2) Stationery: You are permitted to carry only 2 HB pencils (No mechanical pencils). Please carry your own stationery
as borrowing of these items from others will not be allowed. Rough sheets will be provided by TCS at the venue.
3) Banned Items: Bags, pens, mechanical pencils, mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited
in the examination hall. The examination center will not be responsible for safekeeping of these items.
4) Unfair Means: Adoption of any unfair means at the examination hall will result in disqualication from the TCS
Selection Process.
