1.LAND The requirement of the land is depends on the total volume of production
This should be sufficient to store the Raw meterial, Sawn Slabs, Finished Goods and the wa
to handle a two Gang Saw Plant The require ment of the Land will Be nearly 6 to 8 acres.

2.WORKING SHED The Size of the shed Should be not less than in length 180 meters and in width 30 meters
The Column center to column center distance should not be less than 8.00 mtr

The total Area will be 47520 Sq.mtr

We assume to install two Gang saws at present and propose to install Two Later

4. WATER AVAILABILITY As the entire process depends on water the requirement of water is very high
To minimise the water consumption Now a days every one installing a water recycling plant
The Cutting section and the polishing section catered by two diffent lines
The requirement of water in cycle is 100000 litres

5. TRANSPORT FECILITY The Most Important and the required point is the transportation fecility
It should be easily accesable to the main roads
It should be near to the mines
It should be near to the shipping yard
It should be near to the international Airports to receive the Buyers

Production Calculations per one Gang Saw

Gang saw of size 3.3 X 2 X 2 gang saw size will be defined by the
cubic meters 13.2 100% volume
useful volume 11.88 90% volume
The Minimum Thickness we process in a gang saw is 20mm thick
The entire calculations depends only ON 20 MM THICKNESS.
To cut a 20mm slab we need 25 mm thick meterial
Because 20 mm is slab thickness
5mm is blade thickness
In a cubic meter we have to achieve an area of 40.00 Sq.mtrs
By processig 11.88 cbmof meterial we can produce 475.2
The 475 Sq.Mtr is nothing but 1 container

In an gang saw the Avarage sawings we can achieve 1.5 trolley within 16 Hrs of working

There fore the area Becomes 41768 Sq,Mtr

The Avarage Area we dispatch for Container is 450 sq.Mtr

The total no of Containers we can dispatch is 93

To Polish The production of 4 Gang saws

The polishing machine should have a capacity to polish 450 sq.mtr per shift.
Therefore the machine should run at speed of 80cm/min belt speed
It should cover all the corners of the slab evenly with a high gloss finish.

Almost all the colours available as on date are to be epoxy treated except Vietnam White.

If we are running 2 Gang saws of 3.3 Meter size

The No of slabs produced will be 5400

Assuming only two shifts working,Per shift the production should be 90 slabs/shift

Per shift 90 slabs production capacity machine required.
