We are so excited to have you join us at beautiful Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois
this week! Before you head out, here are some items to prepare you for an
adventurous weekend:

Before You Arrive

Update your Pokémon GO app

Ensure that you have the newest version of the Pokémon GO app
for a better experience as you begin your quest at Grant Park.

Plan Ahead and Prepare

Pack a refillable water bottle and take advantage of convenient
water refilling stations. Choose reusable bags or totes (clear bags
are recommended) for your supplies and souvenir items to help
eliminate plastic bag waste. For more details on allowed and
prohibited items, please see here.

International Attendees
As you prepare for your trip to Chicago, we wanted to make sure
our international guests have fast and reliable data connectivity at
Pokémon GO Fest 2019.
If you currently have a non-US cell phone carrier, please
consider making arrangements with your wireless carrier to
enable international cellular data connectivity during your visit
to the United States. Many carriers disable international data
roaming by default. Your carrier may charge additional fees
for this service.
For the best possible gameplay experience at Pokémon GO
Fest 2019, we recommend international attendees purchase
SIM cards with coverage provided by AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile,
Verizon, or other US cell phone carriers. While your non-US
carrier may be able to provide international data roaming in
the US, the speed and reliability of service may be slower
compared to the service provided by US cell phone carriers.

Checking In
Early Access: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
General Admission 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
No wristbands or physical tickets will be distributed for this event.
To begin your Pokémon GO Fest experience, please head over to
your selected entry point at Grant Park (NORTH or SOUTH).You’ll
be checked in automatically at the time and date your ticket is valid
for.
What to Look Forward to:

Win Cool Prizes!

We are excited to have a variety of prizes to be earned including: a
Pokémon GO Fest Avatar shirt, Pokémon GO Fest Chicago Medal,
and ambie earcuffs!

Pikachu & Eevee Photo Ops

Pikachu and Eevee are eagerly awaiting your arrival at Buckingham
Fountain. They will be hosting a photo opportunity on each event
day beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Merchandise
Pokémon GO Fest will have a Pokémon Center Store onsite at
Hutchinson Field. In addition, Niantic will have a brand store near
Buckingham Fountain. Both areas will operate from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
each event day.

Battle Arena
Test your mettle against other Trainers at the Battle Arena in Butler
Field! Tournament format is Great League, Best of 1. Tickets are
required to enter the tournament, and will be distributed at 9:00
a.m. for Early Access attendees and 11:00 a.m. for General
Admission attendees at team lounges.

Autograph Sessions
Meet Trainer Tips, MYSTIC7, Reversal, PkmnMaster Holly, and
ZoëTwoDots! Signings will happen daily from 1-3 p.m. and will
require a ticket. Tickets are limited, please stop by this booth
between 11 a.m. and noon to get yours before they run out!

Group Photo
Stick around after the event ends for a large group photo to
commemorate the day! Group photos will take place at 7:15 p.m. at
a different location each day. Check the event map or ask a staff
member for where your photo will be.
