Hi, teachers! While practicing for your graded demos, please use this checklist to make sure that you are
not missing any important steps:

TITLE PAGE:

TRANSITION PAGE
__ Say “Let’s learn some words and play!” while using gestures and TPR?

VOCABULARY PAGE
__ ask questions about the picture leading to the target word?
__ introduce the target word?
__ say “Let’s read and clap!” and practice the pronunciation of the word 3 times while changing my
voice?
__ say “Let’s read the sentence below” and let the student repeat the sentence after me?
__ give a simple definition of the word?
__ give 2-3 specific examples and explain them clearly using the definition I gave?
__ use props and visual aids while giving my examples?
__ say “Let’s see if you already know what <target word> is.”
__ give a fun instruction for my YES-NO CCQ?
__ ask CCQs (Concept Checking Questions)?
__ ask FUQs (Follow Up Questions) and help the student make a sentence using the target word?
