Will Mr. Hudson be a subcontractor of you, or will he be billing the City directly?
Thanks,

We have been working with Rusty, your office, Clear Communications broadcast engineer, and appropriate licensed
contractors, recommended by their broadcast engineer to get plans for construction permitted with FCC and local
requirements. I have some of the same questions you have and ! am certainly open to additional ideas or methods to
navigate repair of the damages.
| have some time tomorrow if you'd lke to discuss it further after review with Rusty. It would help me to talk through this,
and | would like to bring Chris Mills, our PM,

Justin and others,
Ihave spoken with Rusty and if this incident occurred as a result of a negligent act or omission of a city employee
the property limits of liability is 100K under the TGTLA. If we provide work we need to give ourselves credit for the
value of work performed by city employees as should WNOO, Do you want Rusty to attempt to get an agreement to
allow our people to perform work to get the tower back up quickly? What happens if we get it back up and itis still not
operational? We also need to be aware that WNOO may attempt to assert lost business opportunity and income losses
due to the Tower being down. Let me know if you want to meet tomorrow to discuss before any work begins,

In discussion with Maura and the Mayor, we were asked to do everything we could to get the project moving along
and the radio station back up and running. | will head your guidance but need to know something pretty quickly as
this project is being expedited by our team and contractors that we have engaged.

Team,
| spoke with Chris Mills about some cost estimates on the tower. He's stating it will more than likely, when i's all
ssaid and done (still a wild card on business interruption), be close to 300k. If this fells under GTLA, which it should,
‘our limit is 100k. | want to make sure we are not painting ourselves in a corner since we are setting up for the City
