 Istana – The State Gift
In 2018, Bynd Artisan was commissioned to create an esteemed
collection of State Gift which comprises of The Pouch, a set of 3
Valet Trays and a Leather Stitched Note – each item showcasing
various illustrations modelled after notable touchpoints en route to
The Istana Singapore.
As a strong proponent of the local arts scene, Bynd Artisan collaborates with Cerebral Palsy Alliance
Singapore (CPAS) and Club HEAL to raise awareness and increase visibility of the creations of three
talented, aspiring artists – Ang Wei Lun (GROW trainee, CPAS), Nirwana bte Juami (Club HEAL), Elfa
Adelyna bte Adenan (Club HEAL).
Every illustration contains a story and collectively, they take us through the journey of Singapore’s rich
history and culture, leading up to The Istana - the heart of Republic of Singapore.
