choose the axis. Input the machine coordinates of the chosen axis into base. Move the targeted tool
manually or by hand wheel to datum point and press Axis Rd, then choose positive or
negative(Since only z axis can define positive or negative tool offset). If the tool is paralleled with
the axis, then use positive, such as z axis. If it is vertical to the axis, then use negative. The system
will automatically calculate the difference of length comparing to the base tool and save to
corresponding tool offset number.

3.7 Variables
Variables interfaces show the variable value and coordinates of each axis. User can read and set
variable values in the program by using “#<variable number>”(#100). User can also set the variable
values in variable interfaces. There are all together three variable interfaces, one local interface and
two public interfaces.
3.7.1 LCL PM
Local variables show the value for #000-#099 of the current program, these variables are local. Each
main and sub program has its own local variables and those variables are independent with each
other. The program can use these variables to save some internal processing data temporarily and
does not affect other programs. Variable #000 can only be empty and it can not be modified.
Local variables will be cleared every time the program started to run, Press F2 button to switch
