Tusker Berry group of companies was founded in 2012 as a multi business enterprise in Bangalore, our vision has always
been to build businesses in three core areas – “food, knowledge and security “contributing to our society. Over last eight
years, the businesses has been built with impact.

In agriculture, Tusker Berry Agri Ventures has made its mark in institutional trading and exports of fresh vegetables and
food commodities such as rice, wheat, oil and spices, apart from advising farmers and supporting them with organic
fertilizers and technical support.

In education space Tusker Berry Edusolutions Pvt Ltd, was formed and launched after two years of research and
development its flagship business, an international quality preschool by the name of “Rosemount International Preschool “
and presently expanding in India and other countries with currently 12 campuses.

From 2013 we have been working on diversifying in the defence and security industry working in the areas of critical
defence technologies and battle field solutions such as combat gear, ballistics, surveillance and communication control by
teaming with our partners and collaborators who are from the best defence forces and security businesses from across the
globe.

Group Milestones

 2011 Ba360 started as a business consulting firm specialising in business strategies, turnaround and
transformation, expansion and international partnerships.

 2013 Business Architects 360 is rebranded as Tusker Berry Business Consultants

 2013 Tusker Berry Business Consultants appointed as Shell as Indian csr execution partner.

 2013-2015, Over the next two years successfully advised more than 30 companies from India and other counties in
different business domains and few includes Snap Fitness, Shathayu Ayurveda , Shelter Pharmaceuticals, Origo
Skincare, Photo Xpress, Glamor , Dutch Tech Cogneto, ZTC International, 4Dimensional UAE, Active Body Canada,
Texture Touch, Cadd First, Aayur etc .

 2015 Diversifies into agriculture and starts Tusker Berry Agri Ventures working with Farmers in Tamilnadu,
Karnataka, Andhra and Gujarat in setting up hi tech integrated farms, providing agronomy support, and buyback
of produces.

 2016 , TBBC successfully launches Origo’s healthcare venture in the sultanate of Oman and named as Bangalore’s
leading business consultants by Times of India .

 2017 Successfully acquires a nbfc for a Saudi based Indian NRI group and assist them in RBI clearances and
structuring operations in India.

 2017 Starts investing and working on its flagship education business that’s been the teams brain child and had
already started more than 300 preschools during this time for other brands

 2017 Enters into exports of fresh vegetables to UK and institutional supplies.

 2018 Sets up offices in Singapore to facilitate consolidation global business opportunities

 2018 Extends into exports of other food commodities such as rice, spices and grocery along with fresh vegetables

 2018 Successfully diversifies into defence and security business, after years of research and working in
collaboration with other brands, launches Tusker Berry Defence
Management Team

Stephen (Founder) – On 2011, founded Tusker Berry Business Consulting to provide Management Consulting Services that
focussed on expansion planning and business process engineering, along with Jullian. A veteran in financial management
services with Citigroup, as a regional head with Citifinancial and later an investment banker with Citibank, he also brought
a wide knowledge of other business domains any business world need from his earlier experiences from companies such as
Tata Donnelly, Airtel and logistics major Blue Dart.

Jullian (Founder) – A veteran in developing various business, Jullian’s core expertise lies in Business Development, Sales
and Marketing both in domestic and international markets. In his past he had been national head of business development
for a US based technology firm Ideaon Think and later spearheaded the expansion for highly successful education vertical
of “ Zee Learn Ltd”.

Rtd. Col. Virender Kumar (Technical & Quality Assurance Head) – An B.Tech & M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and M.Sc
Strategic Studies at Defence College Wellington, has served in the Indian Army more than 29 years, in the areas of
formulation of product specifications, defect investigations and fault analysis, product and process audits, quality
assurance among other things has been the spirit behind the security business. He brings his extensive experience to the
table and works to ensure the stringent quality measures needed to be in place for this business.

Amarnath Gupta (Sourcing Head) - A defence enthusiast and sourcing expert of tactical equipment. He is skilled in
interacting with special forces and quick response teams so as to source and develop the best solution to their given
problem. A bachelor in mechanical engineering he is in this field for the last 7 years and has worked with Neco defence Ltd,
Earthwork security Pvt Ltd and Olive Planet Pvt Ltd to name a few and can be credited with expanding business in military
and paramilitary sector for the equipment ranging from surveillance, tactical and personal protection.
