CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of lease, made and entered into, by and between:

LAILA A. AGATON, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Alwa, Palauig,
Zambales, herein referred to as the LESSOR;
-AND-
MARIO A. PALALLOS, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Sto.
Tomas, Palauig, Zambales, herein referred to as the LESSEE;

WITHNESSETH:
That the LESSOR being the representative of the registered owner of the leased premises
hereby leases unto the LESSEE the Commercial Space located at the side of Masinloc Mall,
North Poblacion, Masinloc, Zambales.

That the terms and Conditions of the LESSEE are as follows:

1. That the term of the LESSEE shall be for Five (5) years, commencing on January 08,
2019 and ends on January 08, 2020 renewable yearly upon agreement that maybe
entered into by and between the parties;
2. That the LESSEE agrees to pay THE LESSOR, monthly rental amounting to TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00), Payable every 8th day of the month;
3. The Leased premise is not allowed to SUBLEASE, TRANSFER RIGHTS, SELL RIGHTS
AND CHANGE BUSINESS; any agreement, contract or changes made by the LESSEE
violating this section shall be a ground for the termination of the Contract of Lease.
4. That parties have executed this Contract voluntarily and willingly without any force,
intimidation from any party.
5. The LESSEE shall first assume for the repair of the subject store, which expenses
shall be refunded but covered by Official Receipts and shall be deducted on the
monthly rental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties have hereunto set their hands this 5th day of
January, 2019 at Palauig, Zambales.
