ORDER

A Verified petition was filed by petitioner, a government owned-and-

controlled corporation created and existing under and by virtue of Republic
Act (R.A.) No. 6395, as amended, with principal office address at NPC Office
Building Complex, corner Quezon Avenue and BIR Road, East Triangle,
Diliman, Quezon City, where it may be served with the processes of the
Honorable Court. It may also be served copies of these court processes at
NPC-MinGen, Ma. Cristina, Iligan City.

Finding the Petition to be sufficient in form and substance, notice is

hereby given that the same shall be heard on ___________, at 2:00 o'clock in
the afternoon. Any interested person may file a written opposition or appear at
the said hearing to oppose the said Petition.

Let copies of this Order together with the PETITION be likewise posted
for a period of fifteen (15) days at the following places:

1. Bulletin Board of the Capitol of Province of Bukidnon;

2. Bulletin Board of the Municipality of Maramag , Bukidnon;
3. Bulletin Board of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 10, Malaybalay
City.

Also let copies of this Order together with the Petition be furnished to
the Office of the Register of Deeds of the Province of Bukidnon and Office of
the Provincial Prosecutor, Malaybalay City.
