MOTION TO RESET

Accused, through the undersigned counsel, respectfully

states that:

1. In an Order dated 21 May 2000, this Honorable Court

required the parties to appear before the Division Clerk of Court
on May 23, 24, 28 and 29, 2019 for the marking of exhibits,
stipulation of facts and other matters related thereto.
2. However, the Accused regrets to inform this
Honorable Court that the undersigned counsel was only engaged
by the Accused on May 27, 2000 and thus pleads for sufficient time
to study the records of this case.
3. In view thereof, it is respectfully moved that this
Honorable Court reset the hearing of the instant case to June 7,
2000 for marking of exhibits, stipulation of facts and other matters
related thereto.

 4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings
but is dictated solely by the circumstances set forth above.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed that the Honorable Court GRANT the resetting of the
scheduled hearing.

The Accused further prays for such other reliefs, just and
equitable, under the premises.
