Every day, I get the assignment from the Editor in Chief to create three blog posts that have been
determined by the theme. Every month, we hold small meetings to determine monthly and weekly
themes. In the preparation of digital magazines, I was given the responsibility to compile articles for two
rubrics. In the process, I did a lot of online research and interviews with other teams or divisions in the
office. This is useful to help me get a lot of writing ideas. I am given the responsibility to keep up with
trends to make writing that is not outdated. In addition, I also have to be creative and active in writing
and providing information and ability to manage social media well. Behind all of that, I was also
encouraged by targets and deadlines. The achievements that I got to this day, I was always able to
complete all tasks before the deadline.
