Narrator : One day at the hospital in the orchid room, a patient name mrs Fitri will do blood
investigation withdrawn. The doctor come to the nurse that a blood investigation
would be done on mrs. Fitri at 01.00 p.m
Doctor : excusme, good morning
Nurse’s : good morning doc, can I help you?
Doctor : in the orchid room, will do it blood investigation drawn
Nurse 1 : oh yes doctor, to who will be blood investigation and what time
Doctor : to mrs fitri, at 01.00 p.m
Nurse 1 : allright doc, thankyou
Doctor : okay, youure welcome
Narrator : nurse 2 come to the orchid room to inform about blood investigation withdrawn.
Nurse 2 : excusme, good morning

Nurse 2 : are you mrs fitri husband?

Nurse 3 : excusme, good afternoon. I’m yuliana. Today I will measure of blood investigation.
Are you ready?
Mrs fitri : yes I’m ready nurse
Nurse 3 : ok, before I will prepare equipment of blood investigation
Mrs fitri : oh yes nurse

Nurse 3 : well mrs fitri, I will start doing of blood investigation, do you want to sit or lie down?
Mrs fitri : lie down nurse
Nurse 3 : ok, stay relaxe mrs fitri
Narrator :
1. the positon of the patients hand must be straight, dont bend it
2. attach the tourniquet to the patient arm
3. take alcohol cotton, rub it on the vein
4. take the injection in the direction of the vein
5. if blood has been taken, pull the spuit out and cover with dry cotton
6. remove the tourniquet
7. then, blod is inserted into the tube
Nurse 3 : well mrs. Fitri, blood investigation have been done, blood sample will be taken to the
laboratory for examination
Ms fitri : ok nurse thanyou
Family : when can the results of the examination be known?
Nurse 3 : laboratory staff will contact us when the results are available. And we will let you
know.
