 CHAPTER 2 : INTERNSHIP PROCESS AT THE COMPANY

From 24/12 to 06/01/2019:

I submited an application form for an internship at the Learner support center. In

addition, I had a meeting with Mr. Hiep on 26th December. He had told us about how to
do internship report and what we need to prepare before internship.

Week 1: ( 07/01 – 11/01/2019 )

(07/01/2019) Van Hien university for the
manager.She took me to meet my
supervisor and then she led me to
introduce me to all staff in the
office. After that, she showed the
place I work and told general bout
the job that I practised .

Wednesday 1.30pm- The supervisor gave me some

5.00pm document realated to the company
(09/01/2019) ,then I read and learnt it.
Previously, she taught me detail
about translating legal documents
and things I need to do in this
jobs.Finally, I cleaned the place I
worked.

Friday 1.30pm- The supervisor touch me how to

5.00pm print and coppy documents and
(11/01/2019) then she asked me to arranged
document and printed it. In the last
time, I had a small party with
everyone.

Week 2: ( 14/01 – 18/01/2019 )

Week 2 Monday 1.30pm- The supervisor give me a stack of

5.00pm paperand asked me to support lawyers
(14/01/2019) to enter data into the computer.
Afterward, I printed it and gave it to
the director.

Wednesday 1.30pm- I coppied and typed some

5.00pm documents for director. At the same
(16/01/2019) time, he asked me to coppied lists of
customers.

Friday 1.30pm- I received some documents about

5.00pm the law from the manager, she told me
(18/01/2019) to read it. Simultaneously, she asked
me to translate records of foreign
guests into Vietnamese. End of
working hours, I summited for the
manger.

Week 3: ( 21/01 -23/01/2019 )

Week 3 Monday 1.30pm- After cleaning table and arranging

5.00pm documents, I received a phone of
(21/01/2019) customer and took note for the
director. Then, I supported the
lawyers to type and print documents
of customers.
Wednesday 1.30pm- The supervisor gave me a
5.00pm company’s document and asked me to
(23/01/2019) translate it into English. Besides, she
also guidanced me to finish it.

Friday 1.30pm- I greeted a customer and noted the

5.00pm informations. Then, I gave it to the
(25/01/2019) director. After that, I attented internal
meeting of company with all staffs.
