The conference will be opened by Prof Errol D'Souza, Director, Indian Institute of
Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) who would outline the agenda. Each of the tracks will
rst have presentations by invited speakers and selected paper contributors, followed by
panel discussion and debate and nally interaction with audience.
