a. Fill the application form and attach a copy of the

MPA Letter of Eligibility with one recent  passport size
photograph

b. Submit a non-refundable & non transferrable

registration fees of S$53.50 (Dollars Fifty Three and
Cents Fifty Only).  

   This bank draft or a Singapore bank cheque should be

made in favour of SINGAPORE POLYTECHNIC.

Stage 2:

ENROLMENT
All original certificates (including short courses) and sea
service records must be produced during enrolment for
verification.
Enrolment will commence 1 week before the start of the
course.

REQUIREMENTS obtain single entry visa for Singapore. SMA will assist in
