Chennai. No cash payment will be accepted.

• Above mentioned prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company without any prior notice.

• No price escalation on sold plots, no extra charges will be levied, except due to change in areas, if any.

• Government Taxes like GST, Service Tax, VAT, Cess etc. as applicable, will be extra.

• Registration fees, stamp duty, as per prevailing laws, shall be borne and paid by the applicant, at the time of registration of Sale Deed for
demarcated plots.

• Maintenance security deposit as applicable equivalent to 6 months charges is payable at the time of registration of sale deed.
