DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and executed in Pasig City, Philippines, on this 21st
day of May, 2019 by and between:

Randolph B Villauz, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and postal
address at No. 3659 Magnolia St. Napico, Manggahan, Pasig City hereinafter referred to
as the VENDOR

-and-

Pierreangelo R. Banayos, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence and postal
address at No. 16 Umali St., Ligid, Brgy. Tipas, Taguig City, hereinafter referred to as
the VENDEE

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty Five Thousand Pesos only (Php 65, 000.00)
Philippine Currency, in hand this date received by the VENDOR from the VENDEE to the former’s full
satisfaction and benefit, the VENDOR hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS, in a manner
absolute and irrevocable unto said VENDEE, his successors and assigns, that certain motor vehicle
particularly described as follows:

Of which said VENDOR, is the absolute owner as a warranty thereof, covenants that he has a
perfect right to sell and transfer said motor vehicle and that he will defend the same against lawful claims
from all persons whomsoever.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signature this 21st day of May
2019, at Pasig City Philippines.
