    You are never alone, never seperated


    from the many crawling creatures
    moving in your body and on your skin

    They are your companions or next of kin,


    far too tiny to be notified
    if not extremely magnified

    Looking in the mirror some don’t realize


    that what they see as their bodily self
    is composed of creatures called cells

    You are a walking city


    where billions of others are living
    and many more attack or visit

    Even when lonely


    you’re never alone,
    if not completely decomposed
