22.What an amazing list! For the “Middle Grade or


Younger” section, do you mean middle elementary
grades (3rd-6th ish) or middle school (6th-8th
grade-ish)? I’m going to be teaching 3rd and 4th
graders next year, so I’m trying to get a sense if you
think these would be age appropriate for them.

3. Middle grade for me tends to be 4th-ish


and up – some of these books are
definitely geared toward even younger
than that (Mac B Spy Kid for example),
while some skew older. YA is usually 7th
and up
