This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed in Philippines on this

By and between of legal age, Filipino, married to MARIA CANDIDA R. with
residence and postal address at called SELLER;

And

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS the SELLER is registered owner of the parcel of land located in Municipality of Antipolo, Province of
Rizal by Transfer Certificate of Title No. of Register of Deeds for more
particularly described as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the amount of

Philippine currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge by the SELLER from the BUYERS, THE SELLER
does hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY UNTO the BUYERS, their successors and assigns, the above
described parcel of land embraced in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. 308257 free from all liens and
encumbrances.

The BUYER shall pay for the Capital Gains Tax and the BUYER shall pay for the documentary tax,
registration fees transfer of tax and registration EXPENSES.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the SELLER and the BUYERS have signed these presents on the date and the
