EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Summary

Trade Nexi is designed to be the future of E-commerce. We are solving the current issues E-
commerce giants such as Amazon, Ebay and Alibaba are currently having. The major
problem being high transactions fees from payment settlement fronts primarily from
Paypal and the credit/debit card companies. This is besides other hidden charges and
commissions that the Vendors pay to the E-store.
A lot of P2P and Free Markets exist already, so why are we creating another one? The major
problem is most P2P markets are focused on the novelty of Blockchain based solutions and
not on the business. Openbazaar which is perhaps the biggest market today using crypto for
transactions is dealing with the controversy of being a black-market where illegal items can
be sold. This is besides the difficulty of accessing the marketplace. .
There is a market gap today that is yet to be explored, a market place with all the pecks
Openbazaar provides with the mainstream business model Amazon, Ebay and Alibaba
implements. A market place that would not serve as a black-market, be easy to access,
cheaper, functions as a business and brings to play all the advantage Cryptocurrency based
payments have to offer.
What we are doing is simple and multi-faceted:
1. Provide a Multivendor marketplace
2. Provide an escrow payment system for our market place and one other marketplaces
can use though API.
3. Provide a cryptocurrency swap service.

Management Team
Trade Nexi is Founded and headed by Muyiwa O. Samson who is experienced in creating
smart-contracts which are self-executing codes that are stored and executed on
decentralized networks such as the Ethereum Blockchain. He has a deep knowledge of how
cryptocurrencies, the blockchain and ICOs work, through first-hand experience.

Co-founder and CFO is Lionel Mbopi who studied and currently works in the domain of
finance and international capital markets in Frankfurt, Germany. A great crypto enthusiast.

CO-founder and COO is Shunterio Wilson; a Blockchain Technology enthusiast and Stock
Trader and cryptocurrency trader. Bringing his experience in cryptocurrency markets and
ICO evaluations, he would be coordinating activities of team members and ensuring we are
in line with the standards expected of high-end cryptographic projects.

Co-founder and Project Manager is Saso Drobnic; he has Bachelor's degree in the field of
Business Informatics. He has a lifelong interest in new technologies and human psyche. He spent
a decade working as an IT specialist after which he worked as a freelancer, developing and
testing software, building websites, conducting workshops and lecturing.

In position of CTO is Sean Yusuf, A result-driven, customer-focused, articulate and analytical


Senior Software Engineer [at 950 Mobile Connect] who can think "out of the box". Sean's
Strengths are in Design, Integration and Problem-solving. Expert in Java, C#, .NET, PHP, Ionic,
Laravel, Node Js, MySQL and T-SQL with database analysis and design. Business plan developer,

Xcrow Pay
Xcrow pay is a smart contract enabled payment system designed to protect both
buyers and sellers and make payments transparent and safe. Xcrow pay gives multiple
levels of protection to the buyers and seller. This payment system would be available
to stores beyond our Trade Nexi market place.

Xwap (Honey Comb Smart Contracts)


The Trade Nexi Xwap is a coin swap service enabled by a network of smart contracts
that handle pairs of tokens while overflowing into an inter-connected web of coin
exchange on the blockchain. The smart contracts are inter-connected using
Dependencies in the solidity coding which makes them secured and only interact with
the intended smart contracts and holding addresses.
Our network of coin swap smart contracts is aptly named the Honey Comb because it
works just like a bee’s honey comb; the network is composed of packets of smart
contracts with linked holding addresses for the swap coins. Each smart contract is
able to transfer given tokens to another smart contract that is in need of the tokens
to execute exchanges –all in a network matrix. But why use this method?

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF THE HONEY COMB SWAP DESIGN

 Immutable: the Xwap honey comb cannot be shut down. Even if our web access
to the exchange suffers a down time or goes offline. The Honey comb remains
online as long as the ethereum decentralized network is online.
 Dynamic access: the exchange can be accessed using any ethereum Integrated
Development Environment [IDE] such as Remix or Client-side Interface such as
My Ether Wallet [MEW]. Easy to access and explore.
 Really simple: we are using a very simple and direct approach which can be un-
derstood by anyone. How simple? Just send the amount of tokens you wish to
swap to the swap address and you get the alternate paired token/coin sent im-
mediately to your wallet.
 Low gas cost: because of the simplicity of the smart contracts, execution requires
really low gas fees as there are no multiple stages of function executions unlike
most other coin swap contracts that goes through multiple stages of contract
execution which costs the user a lot of gas fees.
 It is fast, it is Instant: with the simplistic design, it is simply an instant exchange.
 Secured: you cannot send a wrong token/coin to a wrong contract address. With
logics included in the coding of the smart contracts, there are checks that ensure
your transaction goes as it should go.
 Zero Risks: because the transfers are instant, you don’t have to worry about your
tokens being in the hot wallet of an exchange or lose of control of where your
coins go. You trade directly with the smart contract.

Multi-Vendor Marketplace
Open Market Place for peer-to-peer trading using an open auction system that is
regulated and executed by a smart contract that is ran on the block-chain. With
the use of smart contracts, trading would be executed more quickly and the sellers
can be more confident that the bidders have the worth to make the purchase if
they eventually win the bids. Using what we call proof-of-worth [POW], bidders
would only be able to bid based on the worth of the cryptocurrency they hold in
the wallet address they use in participating in the bid. This would be possible
through the smart contract. Winning bidders would be debited of the amount they
bid and money placed in escrow wallet. This provides funds security for the
buyers and funds would be released to the seller after he makes delivery of the
physical asset to the buyer.
Buyers are rewarded through a Profit Sharing Ratio [PSR] which is determined by
the trade volume shares of the buyers.
The Smart Contract maps and keeps a record of all trades which we can use to
make an external call using a function in the smart contract. This would be used to
distribute profits to users.
Cryptographic Token
The NEXI Token would be the official cryptocurrency of the project, other
cryptocurrencies would be traded against the Nexi Token. Trades would be executed
with the Nexi Token and users would not be able to access some key services if they
do not hold the Nexi Token in their wallet. Rewards and dividend shares would be
paid using our Token.

We plan to register our business and have offices in Lagos, Europe, Singapore and the
United States of America.

Financial Forecast
The company expects to reach an average of 3,000 to 5,000 users per day within the first 6
months from launch. This is a very conservative figure as similar projects to this such has
Bancor Network, Ox Protocol and PandiX all had over 10,000 daily users from the very first
month after launch. This is possible because of the very volatile and dynamic market flow
that exists in the cryptocurrency market where users and investors are in constant search
for the next big break. Having a huge market capitalization of over $200 Billion and only a
handful of viable projects with minimum viable products, makes it easy to grow quick in
this market when a company ticks all the boxes an investor that proves market viability.
We would be listing a minimum of 100 Cryptocurrencies on our exchange; we are
projecting a monthly revenue generation of about $150,000 minimum charging about
5cents minimum per transaction just from our exchange services. Revenue would also be
generated from the Auction charges and from Alt Coin Listing Fees. This revenue projection
is expected to be effective after 6 months of launch and expected to grow geometrically as
our online trading platform becomes popular and user base grows. Our major competitors
transact an average of $30 Million every day and take profits ranging from 0.1%-1% of this
traded volume every day.

Financing
An average ICO launch costs about $50,000 to $100,000 to implement just to build with
smart contract development and frontend development with interfacing taking over 80% of
this cost. Designing, coding and deployment of a decentralized exchange and a front end
inter-phase would cost another additional $100,000 in the least. We have devised a means

The Cryptocurrency Market is a highly volatile market with sudden changes in prices of
cryptographic assets. The market is still largely unregulated and even banned in a few
countries. Many countries Including the United States, Britain, Japan, South Korea etc. are
accepting Block-chain projects and require them to be licensed and taxed which is gradually
bringing stability to the cryptocurrency market, though this regulations made the market
experience a deep dip in capitalization, but these regulations has brought relative stability
