1B. Sign in to your Oracle Account (Create One, if you don’t have one already).

3C. Once the installation is complete, we need make sure the computer knows where to
access it. This is done by changing the environmental variables. Right click ‘My Computer’
>> Click ‘Properties’ >> Click on ‘Advanced System Settings’.

4B. Click on Standalone (This means you have local Database residing in your computer.)

4C. Enter the Password you will use for your databases.

4D) Check the Include Sample Date checkbox to have the installation include sample
projects, resources, codes etc. in your Primavera P6 database.

Leave it unchecked if you would like a completely empty database.

*We recommend you "Include Sample Data" if you want to have projects to use as you learn
P6.

5A. Open your Primevera P6 and enter the password you entered during setup (step 4c).

Your Setup is now complete. You will now see the program open and ready to use!
