Section 104 of the FY 2007 Continuing Resolution, Public Law 110-5 carries
forward the terms and conditions of the FY 2006 Appropriations Act. Section 719 of
Title VII of the Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, the
Judiciary, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006, (Public Law 109-115,
Nov. 30, 2005), required each Federal agency to submit a report on all sole source
contracts made by the agency.
Attached is the Federal Election Commission’s listing of procurements awarded
as sole source contracts and task orders under the GSA FSS Contracts. The award period
covers FY07 to date.
