Dear Mr. Chairman:

Section 610 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008, Public Law 110-161,
requires Agencies funded under the Act to submit to the Committee on Appropriations a
report to establish the baseline for possible reprogramming and transfer authority for the
current fiscal year.

Enclosed is the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC’s) Fiscal Year 2008


estimated delineation by object class. The FEC received one appropriation of
$59,224,000 and has one account, Salaries and Expenses. The President’s budget request
was also for $59,224,000 for the FEC.
