Background :Antinuclear antibody (ANA) analysis by immunofluorescence (IF) microscopy

remains a diagnostic hallmark of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Patients with SLE can also
develop inflammatory vascular disease in the form of vasculitis. Vasculitis in SLE is due to a
complex interplay between immune cells, endothelial cells, deposition of autoantibodies, and
immune complexes. The aim of this study was to know the correlation between vasculitis with
ana if titres in sle patient in moewardi general hospital
Methods :The research was carried out with retrospective design in RSUD drMoewardi for
patient data from January to December 2017. Inclusion criteria were SLE diagnosis of
hospitalization and age 18-60 years old. Exclusion criteria werechronic kidney disease, Cirrhosis,
diabetes mellitus. Statistical test using spearman bivariate correlation test, p significant if p
<0,05.
Results :From 40 patient, 38 women and 2 men, with an average age 34,5+11,3 year old, 20
patient had vasculitis event. ANA IF level was 1/1000 in 5 patient, 1/320 in 31 patients, 1/100 in
4 patients. There was positive correlation between vasculitis event and ANA IF level (p=0,001,
r=0,346).
Conclusion :There was positive correlation between vasculitis with ANA IF titres in sle patient
in Moewardi General Hospital

Background: Kidney is the most commonly involved visceral organ in SLE. Urine analysis of
lupus nefritis patients often shows hematuria and proteinuria. Vascular lesions were encountered
frequently in renal biopsy specimens of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and
can present in a variety of morphologic forms. The aim of this study is to know the correlation
between vasculitis and proteinuria in SLE patient at Moewardi general hospital.

Results: From 40 patients, 38 women and two men, with an average age 34,5+11,3 year old, 20
patients had vasculitis event, 25 patients had proteinuria event. There was positive correlation
between vasculitis event and proteinuria (p=0,001, r=0,586).
Conclusion: There were positive correlation between vasculitis and proteinuria in SLE patients
at Moewardi General Hospital.

Background :SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) is considered an independent risk factor for
heart disease, and is incorporated in the American Heart Association guidelines for prevention of
cardiovascular disease in women. Despite increasing awareness and preventive clinical practices,
6-10 percent of patients with SLE have coronary artery disease.Electrocardiographic (EKG)
cardiac abnormalities are common in patients with SLE. The aim of this study was to know EKG

patient had vasculitis event. From 40 patients, 31 patients showed a normal ECG, 6 patient
showed ischemic heart disease, and 3 patients showed left ventricular hypertrophy.

patients at Moewardi General Hospital
