OR
III. Write the general specification for

IV. Write detailed specification for painted wooden doors of an office building
OR
V. Write detailed specification for cement concrete 1:4:8.

VI. Prepare an estimate of quantities for the item shown below based on the attached
drawing. Assume any appropriate data, if found necessary.

i. RR masonry for 45 x 45 cm plinth


ii. DPC course above plinth 45 cm wide
iii. Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 for 300 cm high walls

VII. Prepare an estimate of quantities in standard units for the items shown below based
on the attached drawing. Assume any appropriate data, if found necessary

x 10 cm lintel at 210 cm from floor level
ii. RCC 1:1.5:3 for columns in the ground floor above plinth level
iii. Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 for interior walls
iv. Quantity of front door D1

VIII. Calculate unit rate of brick work for walls in cement mortar 1:4. Assume any
appropriate data, if found necessary.
