To Create A LSMW.

Step 1. Type Transaction Code LSMW, Create a LSMW by positioning cursor at project.
Click Ok.
Step 2. Type Subproject i.e means what you want to do for e.g to load Excise Condition.
Click Ok.

Step 3. Type Object i.e means what you want to do for e.g to load Excise Condition.
Click Ok.

Click on Execute.
Step 4. Following Menu Display on the Screen. Click on Execute.

Step 5. Select Batch Input Recording. Click on Recording.


Step 6. Click on Create Recording. Type What you want to do. Click ok

Step 7. Enter the Transaction Code for Recording Purpose i.e VK11 for condition master.
Click Ok.
Step 8. Type JEXP than click on key combination.

Step 9. Select First on Key Combination,Click Ok.


Step 10. Enter Country , Plant Region, Customer Region ,Plant, Tax Cls1, Tax
Cls1,Percentage,Tax Code. Save the Records,

Step 11. Following Screen Display.

Click on Default All.


Step 12. Following Screen Display. Save it and go back.

Step 13. Following Screen appears. Go back


Step 14. Following Screen appears click on Batch Input Recording (Recording you will
click than what you had done and save it that recording name will appears.) Than Save it.
Go back.

Step 15. Following Screen Appears you will notice that radio button move down to
Maintain Sources Structure (If process is not perfect it will not move down).
Step 16. Click on object Overview, Click on Table.

Step 17. Following Screen Display i.e. Table structure of Condition master.
Step 18. To Download to Spreadsheet click on System Menu, Click on List,Click on save,
Click on Local File, Select Spreadsheet

Step 19. Following Screen Appears. Click on Ok.


Step 20. Type the file name and path, click Generate. Go Back

Step 21. Now you can open the spreadsheet file which is used to maintain record and also
used to paste the field in Table Maintenance. Click Execute.
Step 22. Following Screen appears.

Step 23. Click on Create, type Source structure name, Click ok, then save it. Go back
Step 24. Radio Button Move to next record. Click on execute.

Step 25. Following Screen Appears Click on Table Maintenance.


Step 26. Following screen display paste the field from excel which we had kept open than
select all the field save the file go back.

Step 27. Following Screen appears, Click save, Go back.


Step 28. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 29. Following screen appears keep the cursor in a selection position, save it. Go
back.
Step 30. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 31. Click on Extras Menu, Click on Auto Field Mapping. Click on Ok.
Step 32. Following Screen appears . Click on Ok.

Step 33. Following screen appears. Save it. Go back.


Step 34. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 35. Following screen appears. Go back


Step 36. Click on Specify File Record Manually it will not move. Click Execute.

Step 37. Following screen appears. Double Click on On the PC (Frontend)


Step 38. Select the file which is in text format and type any name you want. Select
Tabulator, Select fields name at start of file. Click ok.

Step 39. Following Screen appears. Save it. Click go back.


Step 40. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 41. Following screen appears. Save it. Go back


Step 42. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.
Step 43. Following Screen appear Click on execute.

Step 44. Following Screen Appears, Go back.


Step 45. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 46. Following Screen Appears. Click Ok.


Step 47. Following screen appears.

Step 48. Click on one item following screen appears. Click Go back, Click go back.
Step 49. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 50. Following Screen appears. Click on execute.


Step 51. Following screen appears. Click go back,Click go back.

Click on execute.

Step 53. Following Screen appears. Click on ok


Step 54. Following Screen appears.

Step 55. Click on one item following screen appears. Click Go back, Click go back.
Step 56. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.

Step 57. Following screen appears, Click on execute.


Step 58. Following Screen appears. Click on ok.

Step 59. Following screen appear you will see that radio button move to next record.
Click on execute.
Step 60. Select the Session And Click on process.

Step 61. Select Extended og & Expert Mode. Click process.


Step 62. Following Screen Appears. Press Enter till all the master is loaded if any errors
occurred in processing just log off from the processing and close the session.

Step 63. Process completed following screen appears.


Step 64. To Check the status click on Session Overview it will show how many data is
loaded.

Step 65. Select exit to come out from LSMW.
