The necessary modalities for draft agreement for opening of “Arbitral Award ESCROW Account’ and the format on which the Bank Guarantee is to be taken are under process in MoUD for approval and as soon as it is approved by MoUD, the same shall be conveyed to all of you through CPWD Website. Till that time concurrence from contractors may be obtained in all cases whether/the contractors desire the payment of 75% Arbitral Award already announced and challenged by the department before the court.
