We are fortunate to have an opportunity to present a project a report for the
analysis and Design of a Multi-storied Residential Cum commercial Building. This
project is an example of our team work and rigorous and painstaking efforts by all our
group members, without which one cannot imagine to materialize the dream of
perpetuating such a tremendous task which not only adds valuable information to our
knowledge but also increases our experience in the field of building construction.

We opine it a great pleasure and privilege to have had an opportunity to take up

the project work under the inspiring guidance of Mr. Fazeel Ahmed .We place our
feelings of profound gratitude for all the encouragement and guidance given during the
preparation of this project.

We also greatly acknowledge the help extended by Mr.Fazeel Ahmed who

shared his precious time with us for discussions which helped us in completing the
project successfully.

We are extremely grateful to our respected Head of the Department Dr. Mir
